Supplier Diversity

Our Commitment to Diversity

CONSOL Energy is dedicated to the development, utilization and growth of small, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses. We recognize the importance of building partnerships with suppliers as diverse as the world in which we do business. We also recognize that an inclusive supply chain helps us control costs and become more resilient.

CONSOL Energy's leadership is proactively engaged in bringing about supplier diversity. CONSOL is aligning with supply chain partners, diverse organizations, and the local community. Our supplier diversity program is not a guarantee of future business; it is CONSOL's commitment to impartial and ongoing opportunities for diverse suppliers to compete on merit alongside larger or more established competitors.

A Message from Jimmy Brock, President and CEO

James A. Brock
President and Chief Executive Officer
CONSOL Energy, Inc.

Working with a wide range of suppliers provides us a competitive edge in producing high-quality, low-cost energy. A diverse and inclusive supply chain is key to CONSOL's long-term success. We seek competitive businesses with which to partner and stretch our mutual capabilities.

All employees making procurement decisions for goods and services are expected to evaluate minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and small business suppliers in a manner consistent with our core values of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

We are confident that our commitment and efforts will result in a more diverse, efficient supply chain. We will continue to stretch and challenge our thinking on diversity and inclusivity. I look forward to the continued growth and success of our program.
